Consultancy service fees are transparently communicated before payment confirmation. Standard service charges range below $50 depending on service type.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. Services commence only after payment confirmation.
Clients are responsible for verifying passport validity, visa requirements, travel documentation, and compliance with destination regulations prior to travel.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Once consultancy services have been delivered (such as itinerary documents or advisory sessions), the service fee may not be refundable.
Clients agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes after receiving consultancy services. Any payment disputes should first be communicated via email for resolution.
All Travel Solutions shall not be liable for losses arising from travel disruptions, regulatory changes, airline schedule changes, visa rejections, natural events, or third-party service provider actions.
