Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Travel Solutions provides digital travel consultancy services including itinerary planning, travel advisory, and consultation sessions. Services are delivered electronically via email or digital communication.

2. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of consultancy work. If cancellation is requested prior to service delivery, a full or partial refund may be issued after review.

3. Non-Refundable After Service Delivery

Once consultancy services have been delivered (such as itinerary documents, advisory guidance, or consultation sessions), the service fee becomes non-refundable as the digital service has already been provided.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact us directly for resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks after service delivery may be contested with supporting documentation of service completion.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of All Travel Solutions based on the specific circumstances of the request.
